Bobby Youngblood Suspended

NWA Coastal Commissioner Tommy Cairo announced today that he has suspended wrestler Bobby Youngblood for 2 months, based on his actions in the Coastal locker room at the Proving Grounds II show on October 13th.

Youngblood, who was not booked for a match that evening, appeared (along with his Boardwalk Mafia partner Vicious Vince Ceres) at ringside with his manager Millionaire John, affecting not only the outcome of the Patch/Braydon Knight match, but also the NWA Coastal Heavyweight Championship match between Biggie Biggs and Bad Boy Danny Pagan.

Cairo said after he announced the suspension, “hey, I get what these guys in the Boardwalk Mafia are doing.  They’re bullies, plain and simple, and they’re banned from ringside during the Pagan/Biggs rematch at the next show.  The problem came when I went back into the locker to talk with both Bobby Youngblood and Vince Ceres, and Youngblood had the gall to SPIT at me when I broke the news to them.  I won’t tolerate that crap, and Youngblood can now sit & think about what he did, while his buddies in the Boardwalk Mafia will be in other matches on the next show”.

Youngblood refused to comment, but said he will have something to say about his suspension soon.
